How it works
1. Initial Consultation
To get started, simply contact me to arrange a consultation. We can chat over the phone or meet in person if you prefer. During this discussion, we’ll cover your culinary preferences, including your likes, dislikes, dietary restrictions, and any allergies.
2. Crafting Your Menu
After our consultation, we’ll collaborate to design a menu featuring five unique entrées, each providing four servings. I focus on creating meals that are not only delicious but also aligned with your health goals. Ideally this is completed the Friday before your cook day.
3. Confirming Your Cook Day
Once we finalize your menu, I’ll secure your cook day. The service fee is a flat rate of $350, plus the cost of groceries, which will vary based on your chosen meals.
4. Your Cook Day Experience
On the day of cooking, I’ll head out in the morning to shop for the freshest ingredients on your menu. I’ll arrive at your home and start preparing everything, a process that typically takes 4-6 hours.
5. Packaging and Reheating Instructions
After all the meals are prepared, I’ll cool them down and package each entrée in labeled containers, complete with reheating instructions. You’ll have everything ready to enjoy throughout the week!
